Akala ko noon, carbohydrates lang ang meron sa potatoes. Sobrang happy ako ng malaman ko na madami pa palang health benefits ang potatoes.
Aside from Complex Carbs, meron din siyang Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B6, Protein and Fiber. Hindi lang yan, alam niyo bang walang glutten, fat, sodium at cholesterol ang patatas? Ang galing, ano?

“Quick Potato Balls”
U.S. Dehydrated Potato Granules
Salt and Pepper to taste
Filling: Cheese or Bacon or Ham
1. Boil water and mix in some potato granules to make your very own instant mashed potatoes. (Did you know that most fast food restaurants use dehydrated potatoes for their mashed potatoes? Real na real potatoes pa din ang gamit nila, mommies!)
2. Once desired consistency of your Mashed Potato is achieved, palamigin nyo muna saglit (let it cool).
3. Form balls and put your filling – cheese yung ginamit kong filling this time. Pero pwede din kayo gumamit ng bacon, ham or kung anong gustong flavor ng kids.
4. Coat your potato balls with breading using FEB (Flour – Egg – Breadcrumbs).
5. Fry and serve with a smile!
