Recipe: Home-made “no bake” Choco Peanut Bar

This recipe has only 5 ingredients, if you love peanut butter and chocolate? This is a perfect combo! I’ve found this recipe from www.sallybakingaddicition.com, I really love her recipes. They’re easy to follow and really yummy. Are you excited to make your own Choco Peanut Bar? 🙂 Sharing with you my version of  “home-made Reese : Butter Finger-like dessert” hehe.

This is perfect for busy moms.. like me, this recipe is so easy and quick to do 🙂

Ingredients: {Peanut Pie}

1 cup crushed graham

½ cup peanut butter

2 tbsp condensed milk (optional)

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup melted butter

{Chocolate topping}

1 cup chocolate chips

2 tbsp peanut butter

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a pan,
  2. Then, In a bowl, mix the graham, melted butter, peanut butter, milk and sugar.
  3. Place in a baking tray or any molder (I’ve used aluminium baking tray available in local groceries store)
  4. Melt the chocolate and 2tbsp. peanut butter in a pan or in a microwave..
  5. Spread the choco-peanut mixture on top of the peanut pie
  6. Chill in your refrigerator. (atleast 3 hours, overnight would be better)
  7. Allow to sit in a room temperature for 5-10 minutes before cutting into your desired shape and size
