I THOUGHT BEING AN OC MOM IS ENOUGH
Late last year, my son Zee was diagnosed with Dengue, outbreak nung time na yun.
After using mosquito repellants, putting citronella patches and making sure he’s taking enough vitamins. Sadly, nagka-dengue pa din noon si Zee. Kapag nanay ka, feeling mo kasalanan mo kapag nagkakasakit ang anak mo, di ba?
It was my son’s first hospital confinement, kaya imagine mga mommies ang pain ko as a parent, not to mention due to the outbreak, puno lahat ng hospital and clinics nearby, thankful to her ninang who happens to be his Pediatrician too. She referred us to a clinic where there was an available room. She told us that Dengue can be treated at home, but since Zee was still young, she highly recommends na i-confine for better monitoring to avoid dehydration and other possible complications.
I can relate to parents na nagsasabi na mahal magkasakit. True enough, we spent almost a week in the hospital so imagine also how much our bill was. But thankful that my son’s pedia-ninang didn’t charge us anything for her doctor’s fee, super God’s favor talaga and since it’s a small clinic mas cheaper din compared kung nasa big hospital kami.
But that’s not the case for everyone, I know people who spend almost P100,000 (if not more than) for dengue confinement. Magugulo talaga ang budget ng family. What if the family doesn’t have an emergency fund, Philhealth or HMO? For working parents who need to stop working to look after the child? Paano? It can really result in stress, even debt.

Ang pinaka nagustuhan ko, may FREE Covid Coverage din sya ngayon for first 10,000 users, magagamit natin either for Dengue or Covid. Very timely this season, di ba? I also love that we can avail this in the comfort of our home and in less than 5 minutes using our smartphones.

Kami, we chose the Gold “Family Plan” – P3150/year for me, my husband and for Zee. Kung 17-year old and above na ang kid ninyo P2,100 lang ang family of 3 plan. As young as 30-day old baby pwede nyo gawing dependent sa Family Plan.
- Fill up the needed information – your dependent’s details, your chosen plan, then confirm your payment.
Nagulat ako na nasend na ang ang copy ng policy namin sa registered email address ko agad. Super easy lang talaga, kayang kaya matapos in less than 5 minutes mommies.
Even filing a claim and payouts if ever na kailangan sya gamitin, all can be done using our smartphones so very convenient talaga.
And yung payment ng Singlife, it will be credited to your Gcash Account, kaya andali lang mga mommies, no need to go to their office etc to avail the benefits.
WHY SHOULD WE GET AN INSURANCE LIKE THIS? KAILAN DIN DAPAT KUMUHA?

This blog is very informative po, I remember nung nagka dengue ako. We spent 50k plus para sa confinement ko. Mas maganda talaga na insured ka to avoid any inconvenience. Okay na okay to sa mga mommies na katulad ko na tipid atleast my makakatuwang na pag insured ka.

Im a solo parent and lagi ko kasama sa school si baby dahil I work as a teacher and i had not-so-good experiences with yayas kaya I had to take her with me everyday. With this said,insurances sa health is a must para may masasandalan kapag kailangan.
