Change for the better + Mom 24/7 Planner Give-away

“Letting go of the things I cannot change, focusing on the things that I can control”

If you are one of my readers, you’ll notice the “changes” that happened on my blog.

Change of blog name

Yes, I’ve changed my blog name.. I’ve experienced a little problem on my previous domain and hosting provider, but I believe that in everything there is a reason.. so like the Song in Disney’s Frozen Movie…

I just “Let it go… Let it go…” but kidding aside, I want to embrace this change with a positive mind.

Yes, change for the better! I want to be a better blogger and write more intentionally.

Special thanks to Mommy Rhiza of Chasing Dreams her worksheets for Creatives helped me a lot in discovering my blog niche. Check it out here.

In the process of change, you discover who you are..

Looking back, most of my experiences in life are related to “finances” and “nanaypreneurship”, I know that blogging and writing is more than my favourite me-time, not just to speak my mind and think out loud but it is also a special calling to connect to people in the e-world.

And I want to share yung mga mistakes namin in the past in handling our resources, our discoveries, and we’ve been blessed by many mentors, kaya I wanted to share the lessons my husband and I learned as well.

Practical Living and Stewardship

I wanted to share more about practical living, generous giving, wise spending, happy saving and my life as full time nanay who’s managing a business while raising a child.

We believe that we are only “managers” of God’s resources, we do not own anything in this world.

And if we are only managers and not the real owner, we should be a good manager of the things entrusted to us.

I believe that the wisdom that God gave me and my husband about “practical living” is not just for us, alam namin na dapat namin i-share mga iyon sa iba especially sa mga pareho yung pinagdadaanan sa amin”.

Setbacks as God’s set-up

As freelance artist, writer and small business owner we are paid “project-based”. Our monthly income is only “by faith and God’s grace” nagwowork kami syempre, we’re giving our best but unlike sa iba na may fix monthly income, iba-iba ang sa amin monthly. Dahil sa set-up na ito, na-train kami to live within our means, to be practical in spending, to be savers and cheerful giver.

And to welcome the blog, I’m excited to give-away (1) Mom 24/7 Planner to a fellow mommy to help her plan her 2017.
