Affordable Mushroom “No Meat” Burger Recipe

The recipe is easy to cook and prepare.. I’m sure your whole family will love it too!

You will definitely won’t miss eating beef burgers after tasting this recipe.

What a guilt-free way to eat burgers right? Healthy and yum!

 

I am happy to share with you our new favorite family snack recipe “Mushroom Burger”

Ingredients:

2 cans Jolly Mushrooms (finely chopped)

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

finely chopped mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon malunggay powder (my replacement to kinchay)

salt & pepper to taste

12 hamburger buns

12 lettuce leaves ( yay! I forgot to buy)

Mayonaise

Cheese slices

 

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mix well and form a patty shape.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the mushroom patties; cook each side until crispy and lightly browned.
